1. Media Release

• By participating, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event.

• The event organizers reserve the right to use any media for promotional, commercial, or educational purposes without compensation.

  2. Liability Waiver

• Participants acknowledge that boxing is a contact sport with inherent risks.

• The organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.

  3. Cancellation or Modification

• The event organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the tournament format at their discretion.

• In case of cancellation, registered participants will be refunded their registration fees.

  4. Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain professionalism at all times.

• Harassment, abuse, or illegal behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

  5. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
